As part of my o­ngoing effort to get TechJapan listed o­n google (because we're not, just try searching), I'll be experimenting with a few site settings today. Apparently running PHP as CGI disables custom php instructions in .htaccess files, something I didn't know, which has been responsible for a few problems.

Anyway, this is just to let everyone know. Don't expect any major downtime; just don't be surprised if you see a "500 Internal Server Error" message or two today. The new poll, Product of the Week, and Saturday Statistics will be posted later o­n.
