A few changes are in order for TechJapan, hopefully temporarily. And with some luck, nobody will even even notice them.
Last night, Harvey and I were talking about whether or not this site is legal - as in, taking articles and just translating them, without permission. So we've reached a few conclusions.

The first thing is, starting Monday, I will begin paraphrasing these articles rather than directly translate them. Instead of saying "Original Article," I will say "Article inspired by:"
But I doubt any of you, unless you can read Japanese, will notice this change. The information will all be the same, it just won't be a replica of its Japanese counterpart.

I am also going to write to Impress Watch to try and get permission to do translations of their articles. Hopefully, they will allow it. This should be done relatively soon, I just need to sit down with my Japanese teacher and make sure everything is in order.
In the event that they do not allow it, I will have to get creative.

Stick around to see what happens!
