-Si-300
This player has an aluminium casing. Its striking characteristic is its mirrored-silver stylish design, and inclusion of a two colored (yellow and blue) organic EL display. Japanese ID3 tags are also supported. The external dimensions are 25.7 x 68.5 x 16.3mm (H x W x T), and it weighs about 38g including the rechargable battery.
The player has an internal memory capacity of 256MB. Supported playback formats are MP3, WMA, and WAV; the supported bitrates for MP3 are from 16 - 320kbps, and for WMA, 32 - 192kbps. Both WMA DRM and VBR are also supported.
It also includes a monaural microphone, and can record audio in the WAV format (ADPCM). Likewise, it can record radio programs using the internal FM tuner, as well as from the line-in jack, making for WAV audio recording from CDs and tapes.
Connection with a PC is done using USB 2.0, under the USB Storage class. Songs can be transferred without the use of specific software. Also, keeping with this, direct folder-based transfer is also supported. In addition to the 10 types of preset equalizer settings such as "JAZZ," "Hip Hop," and "POP," users can customize their own settings.
An internal lithium polymer battery is used for power. With charging for about 4 hours, it can play audio for about 12 continuous hours. Furthermore, in addition to being able to be charged with the included AC adapter, it can also be charged using the USB port.

-Si-200C
Like the Si-300, this player also uses a mirrored-silver design. on the panel that features the mirrored surface and LCD display, a crystal has also been embedded; the player is intended to be used as a fashion accessory by hanging it from the neck using the included neckstrap-style earphones. The external dimensions are 45 x 45 x 13mm (H x W x T), and including the battery, it weighs about 49g.
The internal memory is 256MB. Like the Si-300, supported playback formats are MP3, WMA, and WAV -- supported bitrates are the same, as is the support for WMA DRM and VBR. However, this player contains no microphone, nor does it contain a recording function.
The display is a 2 color (blue and yellow) organic EL display. Japanese ID3 tags are also supported. Same drill here; still USB 2.0, still Storage class, still folder-based transfer.
Continuing the tradition, the Si-200C also has the same equalizer setup, same customization; but this player features SRS WOW. With charging for 4 hours, it will playback for 10 hours. Charging this model can be done using either the included AC adapter or USB port.
