An FM transmitter for the iPod mini from Sun Denshi. Of course, it can be used with any portable audio player as well (a suction cup is included to attach non-iPod mini players). Power is provided by a cigarette lighter adapter, AA batteries or an AC adapter to allow you to impose your musical tastes on people in almost any location!

Sun Denshi announced the "FMPM-101" FM transmitter for the iPod mini on 2 November. Sales will begin in late November and be limited to 5000 units. No retail price will be set but the street price is expected to be approximately 5000 yen.
The FMPM-101 receives sound via a 3.5mm headphone jack and transmits it wirelessly for listening on an in-car radio or stereo system FM radio. The design of the iPod mini belt-clip and holder complements that of the iPod mini. The transmitter FM frequency can be selected using a switch from 3 available channels.

In addition, if the included suction cup is attached to the holder instead of the belt-clip, the transmitter can used with a wide variety of portable audio players such as the iPod. Power is provided by an included cigarette lighter adapter, 2 AA batteries or an AC adapter. An auto power-off function prevents power wastage.
The FMPM-101 transmitter is W68.2 x H55 x D20 mm in size and weighs approximately 60 grams (not including batteries).
