Read this if you want to. My host is running a 3-day promotion, so I thought I'd give it a little publicity here.

I don't decorate the site with annoying flash banners that cause the site to load slow, or other intrusive shit, but I felt that I wanted to call attention to a deal my hosting provider is running.

If you sign up for hosting with them by October 11th, they will apparently "super-size" your package for free. So, you get an obnoxious 3,750MB of space, 112.5GB of transfer, for $7.95 per month.

Recently, I got a free upgrade to my account. TechJapan uses approximately 800MB of its available 2000MB of webspace, and I don't even get close to my 60GB of transfer. But this promotion gives you even more space, for the same price I'm currently paying.

Reliability? Well, you get the same reliability as TechJapan :) I'm not going to bullshit you and say I have 100% uptime, but I'd put it more at around 98%. The customer service is also excellent as well. Back when we got slashdotted a couple months ago, the folks at Globat even freed up a few processor cycles for me just so the site could handle the traffic surge.
