This week's THE CRASH features some poor bastard who dropped his brand spankin' new PowerBook G4 within 12 hours of purchasing it. Sucks.   [1] [2]Victim: Mr. Real Stupid Man from Shiga Prefecture. Scene of Accident: At my part time job Broken Item: Apple Computer PowerBook G4 Details of Accident: 12 hours after buying it at the Apple Store, the bag I had the PowerBook in was supposed to be on a shelf, but somehow ended up on the floor....I was suprised, and when I checked it, the inside of the computer could be seen due to the bending of the base of the chassis being bent. Damage Amount: I just sent it in for repairs, so I don't know yet. More From the Contributor: Well, I had meant to be get two hard cases for this thing, but even before the end of one day... It would suck if they can't get it repaired by the time I have to do my presentation for class (oh shit). I was happy to learn that besides the bending of the case, there was no other damage.
