THE CRASH! is a feature offered on Keitai Watch on a weekly basis, where users who have somehow destroyed their phones send in pictures along with short descriptions of how it happened. I'll also be taking some literary license with this, so let me know if you like my writing style. I just thought I'd give it a shot; tell me what you think.
This week Sakaguchi from Osaka submits images of his broken DoCoMo N900iS.

Victim: Mr. Sakaguchi from Osaka
Scene of Accident: Ariake North Temporary Parking Lot (Tokyo)
Broken Item: NTT DoCoMo's N900iS
Details of Accident: When coming home from the comic market of Japan's biggest otaku event, I pulled into a parking lot to take a call from a friend - whether I put the phone on top of the car or on top of the stuff I had in the trunk when I was through with the call, I don't know - but I forgot my phone and started my car. When I realized this and went back to get the phone, I accidentally ran over the phone, which had been thrown in the gravel. When I recovered the phone, I borrowed a friend's and called it; hearing that sickly ringer sound filled me with sorrow.
Damage Amount: 39,690 yen. Though the sound would play when I turned the power on, as you can see, since the phone was more or less a total loss it was considered unrepairable. Since I had just changed to this phone from the P504i in July, it would have costed me a lot more, but it came to this price after the "oh ***** I dropped my phone in water" discount.
More From the Contributor: Having my phone book data backed up on my computer certainly helped here. Because the data could not be read from the phone, my bookmarks won't be back. This was right around when I was thinking "I should buy a neckstrap." I thought this would be good proof to show to some of my companions, so I took pictures - this ought to make the blood of some of those Osaka actors boil (lol).
