If you're too lazy to take your blank discs out of their spindles, here's the product for you. It's a "CD/DVD blank media dispenser." Push a button and out pops a blank disc, ready for burning. Landport Corporation will release the "DiscPod" blank media dispenser that allows discs to be taken with one button push, on April 20th. It is manufactured by Unizeal Sound Electronics of Taiwan. It is Open Price, but is estimated to be around 2,100 yen. The DiscPod is a dispenser that can hold as many as 100 blank CD/DVD media. With one button push, one disc at a time can be removed. Also, to protect the stored discs from dust, the cover of the spindle case can be re-used. It supports a variety of spindle case covers, and there are various hooks on the surface for this purpose. The dimensions are 185 x 155 x 75mm (W x D x H), and the weight is 260g.
