Sony, JVC, and Panasonic all announced digital cameras in some fashion today. I unfortunately don't have time to translate the individual articles for each, but I will hit the highlights.
We'll start with Sony's Cybershot DSC-W30.
-Release March 10, estimated at 30,000 yen -Can take photos in ISO1000 -23mm thick, metal body -"Clear RAW NR" noise reduction for use with the ISO1000 -Focal length of 50cm ~ infinity, 2cm ~ infininty in macro mode -Maximum still resolution of 2816 x 2112 pixels, videos at 640 x 480 in 30fps -2" TFT LCD with 85,000 pixels -Memory Stick PRO Duo format media, 32MB of internal memory -Rated for 400 pictures per charge under CIPA
