Finally, two products from Sony for their W41S [1]. The "SRS-A201F" speakers and "DR-NX1SF" headphones will finish off our au coverage for the night. Sony announced that they would add blue color models to their "SRS-A201F" active speakers for mobile phones and "DR-NX1SF" earphones for mobile phones. Each will be released on February 1st. These are color variations to match the "W41S" CDMA 1X WIN handset that is scheduled to be released by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications in late January. The W41S will be available in Platinum Silver, Azulite Blue, and Pearl White body colors. These models support au's new music service, "LISMO (au LISTEN MOBILE SERVICE)," and have enhanced audio playback capabilities. Thus, Sony will release Azulite Blue/Blue models of their active speakers and earphones. -SRS-A201F The new model's product code will be "SRS-A201FL." The specifications are the same as the existing models of different colors, and the price is also Open, but estimated to be around 2,480 yen. They contain 57mm full range units, and have external dimensions of 71 x 91 x 141mm (W x D x H), with bass reflex enclosures. There is a round port on the front. Included is a flat-style plug for use with mobile phones to stereo mini plug conversion cord. Since the input for speakers is stereo mini, they can also be connected with other devices such as portable audio players. The amplifier has a maximum output of 1W x 2ch. Power is provided by an AC adapter. The left channel weighs 205g, and the right 190g.

They are the same Open Price, with a direct sale price at 4,980 yen. These are earphones that support the flat-style jack, and are equipped with a neck strap. The mobile phone can be suspended from the user's neck. They contain drivers with 9mm neosium magnets. They are also equipped with a microphone and incoming call switch, so that if a all comes in while music is being listened to, they can quickly be changed into a hands-free headset. The cord length is 0.5m, and the strap is 0.4m long. The weight without the cord is 4g.
