Here's a rather unique item from somewhere in Asia. It's a "USB Treasure Chest," complete with a lock that only opens if you enter the password correctly using your PC.

A unique USB item, the "QBOX J-1," comes from Asian Integration though it seems as though it will be called the "USB Treasure Chest." Its actual retail price is 7,350 yen.

This product looks exactly like a treasure chest that surely appears in any given fairy tail or role-playing game. It interfaces with a PC via USB, and inputting a password via USB will cause the lock to be undone, and the chest can be opened.

Control of the chest is done via its exclusive software. If the user chooses "Open" and inputs the correct password, a music box inside the chest will begin to play as it slowly opens. Pushing the "Close" button, and it will slowly close. Something about it just screams "fairy tale." Changing the password is done after the box closes, if need be. The body size is 105 x 90 x 80mm.

It could be used as an accessory box for a ring or necklace, and it should make the receiver happy if they get it as a gift.
