It's so simple, it almost makes me cry.
The "ALUMINIUM CLIP for iPod shuffle" is a replacement for the iPod shuffle's USB cap, and it has a clip on it. And it's made of aluminium. I could end this post right here, but you want a picture, right? Inside.
TUNEWEAR has announced the release of the "ALUMINIUM CLIP for iPod shuffle," a replacement USB cap with a clip for the iPod shuffle, in mid-March.
By switching the ALUMINIUM CLIP with the USB cap of the iPod shuffle, the shuffle can be clipped to a chest or pants pocket much like a pen.
The clip uses a strong spring, and with the use of a "U" like shape, offers protection against slippage. It is made of aluminium.

This will break the iPod shuffle. The USB plug can not sustain that much pressure and it will snap off. A very stupid idea. |

Wait, what? Isn't it just a cap? Wouldn't the cap just come off before it caused any damage to the USB plug? I don't know how the shuffle is really put together. |

"This will break the iPod shuffle. The USB plug can not sustain that much pressure and it will snap off." Yes. I am sure they gave abolutely no thought to that at all.... have you even held one of thes things? The USB is not going to "snap off." Exactly how much force would you presume the clip to generate? You are a tool. peace out... |

well, I don't think it will do any damage. Apple ships the iPod "flash" with a cord to hang it around your neck. it's prete the same thing... nice idea! i have designed it a little different though... |

Do any of you actually have a shuffle? This thing will probibally have the exact same workings (ball bearings and springs) as the included cap. Only difference is, this one is Aluminum with a little clip. There's never anything hanging on to the USB port, nothing is going to be damaged. |

I see where he's coming from saying it could break, butyou'd have to clip it on something really thick to put that kind of torque on the usb. |

Why is it not white!!!? now it looks like two toned |

Because it's aluminium. Aluminium isn't white unless you paint it. |

you are a tool, I like that phrase! and no... you'll need to be a fat fingered body building insensitive to break the usb head off, the shuffle is light, but not fragile by any means. |
