We're about two days behind with this coverage, but I think you'll understand when I say "oops." Rather than put up some article that just said "nothing to write home about," I figured I'd wait a few days to put up a decent article so you can make your own judgement.
DoCoMo offers a new line of FOMA phones: the 700i series. There are four handsets: the F700i, the N700i, the P700i, and finally the SH700i. More details and probably too many pics inside.
NTT DoCoMo has announced four handsets in the "FOMA 700i" series, which support FOMA's major functions.
The handsets that were announced were four: Fujitsu's "F700i," NEC's "N700i," Panasonic Mobile Communications' "P700i," and finally Sharp's "SH700i." Common features supported by all of the above listed 700i handsets include TV phone, Character Den, Chaku Uta and Chaku Motion up to 500KB, ringers up to 100KB, playback of audio files stored on memory cards, Dego Mail, i-Appli (on par with the 506i series), Flash, and so on. All models also include the "G Guide Program Remote Controller," to search for information on TV programs and schedule their recording, as well as cameras 1MP or above.
Furthermore, regarding the handset platform, each maker also offers phones in the 901i series -- this means that as far as software is concerned, the phones are equal to the 901i series. AAC format audio files are supported playback. i-Motion playback is also supported, but playback within mails and such is not.
Details of each handset are below:
-F700i
The "F700i" is a handset of Fujitsu make that features a megapixel camera and audio playback functionality. As the series' first unit, it will be released on February 10th.
The externals of the phone utilize a round and square design. A "Total Coordinate Function" offers users the ability to match the idle image and menu icons with the body color of the phone. It furnishes a miniSD card slot, and can playback audio files stored inside of a memory card. Also available is a function called "One Touch Alarm," which will sound a loud alarm when a certain button on the side of the handset is pressed for a "long time." (Translator's note: The article unfortunately didn't specify how long you have to push said button...)
As a main display, the F700i uses a 2.2", 240 x 320 dot, 262,144 color TFT LCD; it also is equipped with a 30 x 97 dot 0.9" monochrome STN LCD. It has a 1.28MP camera. The size of the phone is 100 x 48 x 25mm, and it weighs roughly 122g. Available body colors will be White, Pink Gold, and Black.

-N700i
The "N700i" is a FOMA handset by NEC, and is the first in the N series to support "Style Plus" interchangeable faceplates. The faceplates can also be used when not attached to the handset. (Translator's note: once again, the article didn't specify exactly what you can use said faceplates for when they're not attached to the phone...)
As is also featured on the N901iC, "Decoration TV Phone" allows users to display images that are synchronized with facial movements while using TV Phone. Additionally, the faceplates have an antibacterial coating.
The N700i features a 1.03MP CCD camera, and offers a miniSD memory card slot. The main display is a 2.3", 240 x 345 dot (QVGA+), 65,536 color TFT LCD, while the subdisplay is a 1", 120 x 30 dot monochrome STN LCD.
The size of the unit is 102 x 48 x 25mm (H x W x T), and it weighs about 109g. Three body colors will be available: Silver x Laser, Cream Chocolate x Cosmic Flower, and Pink x Falling Cherry Blossom.

-P700i
The "P700i," the lightest of all FOMA handsets at 102g, is from Panasonic Mobile Communications.
It is equipped with a 1.25MP νMAICOVICON camera, and furnishes a miniSD card slot. The TFT LCD main display is 2.2", has a resolution of 240 x 320 dots, and can display 65,536 colors. The subdisplay measures 0.9 inches, has a resolution of 96 x 25 dots, and is a monochrome STN. Also available is a one-push open button.
The size of the handset is 102 x 49 x 22mm (H x W x T), and it weighs bout 102g. Though three body colors will be availabe (Pink, Silver, and Blue), the phones also vary in feeling by use of different materials.

-SH700i
Sharp's "SH700i" is a FOMA handset offering ease-of-use functionality for the camera feature. It contains a 1.26MP CCD camera, and by placing the camera on an angle on the handset itself, Sharp has allowed the camera to be at the same angle as its photographic subject.
The main display is a 2.2", 240 x 320 dot, 262,144 color Mobile ASV LCD, and the subdisplay is a 0.6", 72 x 12 dot monochrome STN LCD. Also available is a miniSD card slot.
The size is 108 x 48 x 28mm, and the weight is 122g. White, Silver, and Black body colors will be available.
