Samsung has this new cell phone, and it's got a 5MP camera. I don't think this needs too much explaining.
My digital camera is only 1.3MP. Yeah, I think it's time for me to upgrade. This is getting ridiculous.
Samsung Electronics has developed the "SCH-S250" phone with a 5MP CCD camera, and will begin shipments this month intended for use with SK Telecom's service.
The camera module inside this handset was jointly developed with Pentax. The handset includes a body style called the "stretch shape" that will protect half of the screen and camera lens, and features functions such as MP3 data playback and text reading.
Samsung has taken a proactive stance towards the fusion of cellular phones and digital cameras, exemplified by their previous announcement of the "SPH-S2300" handset which includes a 3.2MP camera with 3x optical zoom.
