Everytime I see these charts, I wonder: why in the GfK ranking, they put in the specs for PC and Notebooks "2.6Ghz / No TV Tuner", instead of "2.6Ghz / 512 RAM" or "2.6Ghz / 120GB HD", or something like that? It's really the second most important thing for a japanese if the computer has a TV tuner included? More important than RAM or HD or screen size or graphic card or...? Because in Europe, I think that's almost the least important feature the people think about when choosing a computer...

My guess is that it's not so much "specifications" as it would be "features."
It's assumed that every PC comes with a processor, RAM, and XGB of hard drive space, but to say it also comes with an integrated TV tuner would be a selling point. on a higher level, all laptops are the same - when you attempt to distinguishing between them, you can only look towards the functions they serve OTHER than those normal PC functions.

Or at least that's my guess why they put that in there...
