Don't get too excited, because it's basically useless for now.
More information inside.

I've posted the first ever version of the TechJapan Encyclopedia.

Before you take a look at it, please be aware of the following:

-All of the information currently in the encyclopedia came only from my head. I have not had internet access in my apartment for nearly a month. I just haven't had time to come to the computer lab and modify all of the entries to be correct. So, as a result, the encyclopedia is very, very, very far from complete. For now, it is missing entries, missing information, has "filler" information I just wrote for the hell of it, likely contains profanity or other somehow offensive content, and has information that I wrote on only personal knowledge. While I do know a bit more about Japanese electronics than Bob American, my knowledge is far from complete. There are many areas that I know much more about than others. As I have not had a chance to research any of what I've posted, a lot of the information is wrong as my knowledge is most likely mistaken in many cases. Here's where you users come in.

-I could use any help at all with the encyclopedia. Please, propose amendments using the feature designed for it, post your comments, suggestions, inconsistencies you noticed...etc. I will be going through it myself once I get back online at home, but who knows how long that could take. In the meantime, I am relying on you users to propose corrections and such to bring it up to snuff more quickly. Any, and I mean any, help at all will be appreciated. If you would like to be a major part of the project, click on "become an editor."

Now, go see it!
