Sony announced three new universal remotes today, two of which support control of terrestrial digital tuners.
Sony will release the "RM-VL501," a learning remote controller supporting terrestrial digital tuners, on June 21st. The price is 4,935 yen.
This is a learning remote that can control a TV + up to 4 devices. It can operate TVs, video, hybrid recorders, terrestrial/BS/CS Digital tuners, air conditioners, etc. It also supports terrestrial digital tuners, and Sony has said that this is an industry first.
Power comes from 2 AA batteries. The external dimensions are 110 x 34 x 225mm (W x D x H), and the weight is about 141g.

The "RM-P41" which can control a TV + up to 3 devices, as well as the "RM-P31," which can control a TV + up to 2 devices, will be released during the same period. Prices for each are 3,675 yen and 3,255 yen, respectively.
Each of the remote controllers, operating off of 2 AA batteries, comes "preset." It does not have a learning function.
The RM-P41 can operate a TV + 3 devices. It is preset with TV, video, hybrid recorder, etc. remote controller codes, and supports the operation of terrestrial digital tuners. The external dimensions are 110 x 34 x 225mm (W x D x H), and the weight is about 139g.

The RM-P31 can operate a TV + 2 devices. It is preset with TV, video, hybrid recorder, etc. remote controller codes. It does not, however, support the operation of terrestrial digital tuners. Its external dimensions are the same as the P41, and the weight is about 138g.
