Our "day of color" continues with au's announcement of two new colors of the A5503SA, a phone with an internal FM tuner, among other things.

KDDI and Okinawa Cellular announced that they will add two new colors to the "A5503SA" lineup: "Fairy Orange" and "Pixy Green." They will be released beginning in the back part of June.

The A5503SA is a Sanyo phone that has an integrated FM radio tuner and supports the EZ Navi Walker function (TechJapan article). It features a 0.31MP CMOS camera, and in addition to a 2.2" QVGA (240 x 320) main display, it has a 1.5" QQVGA (120 x 160) subdisplay that when used with the operation keys o­n the side of the unit, allow for operation of mail functions even when the phone is closed.

The new colors this time around include both "Fairy Orange" whose clean and fresh navel orange image give off a healthy spirit, and "Pixy Green" which places important o­n brilliant green colors. In addition to the currently available Mermaid Blue, Snow White, and Magical Red, this makes for a total of five different color variations.

Furthermore, functions of the new phones are the same as o­n the previous three colors.
