I know Aiwa is planning on releasing some headphones similar to this, but these are available up to 256MB (the Aiwa headphones are 128MB) and look *much* more like conventional headphones - meaning they won't look/feel huge on your ears.
These headphones come from Thanko's Rare Mono Shop.

Thanko Limited Company will release the "ButterFly MP3 Player," headphones with a built in MP3 player, on their "Rare Mono Shop" on April 16th. Two models are available - the 128MB "BFM0128B" and the 256MB "BFM0256B." The price of the 128MB model is 10,479 yen, and the 256MB costs 13,944 yen.

These are headphones with an internal MP3 player. USB Mass Storage is supported, and songs are transferred from the PC via a USB 1.1 connection. Music can be enjoyed cordlessly. Supported operating systems are Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000, and XP. Including the battery, the headphones weigh only 20g, so even if they are used for a long period of time, the burden will be minimal.

While the player does not have an LCD display, it does have a play/stop button, FF/vol down button, and RW/vol up button. It also features a equalizer button that allows users to choose between "Pop," "Classic," "Jazz," "Rock," and "Normal" equalizer settings.

An internal Lithium Ion battery is used for power. The maximum playback time is 15 hours, when used continously. Recharging is done via the USB connection, and a complete recharge takes about 3 hours.

Furthermore, since the USB connection on the headphones is a pin-jack type, an exclusive USB cable is included for connection with a PC. The USB connection also doubles as an analog audio out (earphone out) port, so when a normal pair of headphones is connected, two people can listen to the same song.
