You know what they say about guys who have 1.8" hard drives...
Transcend Japan Corporation began sale on the 2nd of two different USB storage devices, both of them containing 1.8" hard drives - the 20GB "TS20GHDU1" and the 40GB "TS40GHDU1." Both of them are listed as Open Price. Supported operating systems are Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP, as well as Mac OS 9.1 or above.
This compact storage device is 72 x 95 x 15mm (W x D x H). The weight of the TS20GHDU1 is a mere 118g, and the TS40GHDU1 is 130g. The supported interface is USB 2.0, and it draws power from the bus.
Backup software, a leather case, and a USB cable are included.
