Media Magic announced that they have created an Evangelion bicycle, the "EVA 01 BIKE," jointly developed with Gainax. It will be announced at the Tokyo International Anime Fair to take place from March 23rd, and orders will be taken. The price is 47,000 yen.

The EVA 01 BIKE is an original bicycle that was developed to commemorate the 10th anniversary of "Neon Genesis Evangelion." It has front and back suspension, is a mountain bike style that uses a 6-speed transmission made by Shimano, and can be compacted. It is colored to look like the first Eva unit. The company said that at the present time, there are no plans to introduce other colorings to match the zeroth and second Eva units.

At the Tokyo International Anime Fair from March 23rd to March 26th, the product will be announced and orders will be taken at the "Neon Genesis Evangelion 10th" booth operated by the company. However, shipping is scheduled for late July. General sales are scheduled to be announced before the end of the year. At the booth, the company will also be holding a contest where three people can win Eva bicycles to comemmorate "Neon Genesis Evangelion 10th."
