There is news today that Vodafone is currently in negotiations with SoftBank for a potential sale of Vodafone Japan.
Both Vodafone and SoftBank have confirmed the negotiations are indeed taking place, but both say that there haven't been any final decisions made yet.
According to Keitai Watch, the sale price will be over 1 trillion yen, or $8.58 billion US dollars.
