Devices that recharge via USB are becoming more and more commonplace. So what happens when you don't have a USB port handy to recharge them?
Century's "iArm" takes care of this. It's an AC adapter with a USB port.
Century announced today that they would release the "iArm" in mid-February. Available in both white and black, the iArm is a compact AC adapter that provides bus power to various USB devices. It is Open Price, but on the company's store, it is selling for 1,180 yen.
The iArm is an AC adapter that supplies USB bus power, allowing it to act as a power source for USB devices. iPods, iPod shuffles, and iPod nanos that use the Dock connector are also supported, and the iPod shuffle can be recharged without using any cables.
The plug can flip around to be stored inside the unit. It measures 50.6 x 16 x 56.4mm (W x D x H), and weighs about 38g.
