I think SolidAlliance is running out of things to turn into USB memory. Their latest is shaped like a bottle of sake.
SolidAlliance announced on the 24th the "Houraisen SAKE USB Type Kara," a USB memory device shaped like a sake bottle. It has a 256MB capacity, an its price is 5,250 yen.
This product is a collaboration between Japanese sake and USB memory, and both the bottle design and label are from "Houraisen Junbei Daigin Jou Kara," a brand of Japanese sake. The Sekitani Brewery, a sake brewing company, saw the "SushiDisk" from SolidAlliance, suggested that "you need sake with sushi," and the collaboration between the two companies was formed.
The company said, "even while you're working, if you let your imagination run wild and think 'man I want some hot sake' while looking at the bottle, it could lead to more demand for Japanese sake."
The strong connection between food and drink is impossible to deny. Sushi and sake is on part with sausage and beer, French cooking and wine, hamburgers and french fries and cola. It could be a nice joke the first time around.
