It certainly looks nifty, but I guess you'll have to go to China to use one.
Oh, and if the success of the N-Gage is any indicator, then things that aren't shaped like phones don't work sell as well as phones.
Still, cool idea. And it's got a damn 3 megapixel camera. Pictures and more information inside.

NEC will invest their 3MP card camera shape GSM/GPRS phone in the Chinese market. It is a card-type phone, shaped much like Casio's Exilim digital camera series.

This is a GSM/GPRS unit that is shaped like a card, and includes a 3MP CMOS camera. It has a 1.8 inch, 65,000 color TFT LCD screen, and talking is done by an earphone mic. Rather than have directional keys similar to current units, the number keys change into directional keys.

It supports WAP, mail, and internet. Also, it can send photographs via MMS, as well as supporting 40-channel polyphonic ringers.

Standby time is 85 hours, and talk time is 70 minutes. It is 85 x 54 x 8.6mm (W x D x H), and weighs 70g.
