When will people learn not to keep their expensive electronic gadgets in their shirt pockets?

Broken Item: Palm Tungsten C

Details of Accident: I was riding my scoooter (at about 30kph) and it bounced as I went over an undulation in the road. As I did, the Tungsten C in my shirt pocket slid out onto the asphalt.

Damage Amount: I bought it in March for US$352.89.

More from the Contributor: I usually always put the Tungsten C in my bag but, on this day, I was in a hurry and put it in my shirt pocket. Needless to say, a screen protector is absolutely useless in a situation like this.
